If you do not receive your commission immediately for completed orders that you have mediated, this is not an error. Commissions are credited after 30 days.
The commission amount will be credited to your commission account 30 days after the order has been fully processed.
Please note – this is not 30 days from the creation of the order or from its payment, but only from its completion. This means:
- for services, until they are established
- for products after their delivery to the customer
How do you know when the 30-day period starts?
In the order overview, refer to the information in the Completed column.
The 30-day protection period begins on the date specified in this column.
If no date is specified here, it means that the order has not yet been fully processed and the deadline has not yet begun.
Why is the commission credited after 30 days?
The reason for this is the grace period for customers.
For some services, customers have the option to cancel their order within a certain period of time after placing it. If they do so, we will refund the money they paid, and in such cases, the commission will also be forfeited.
Thanks to this time limit, only valid and completed orders are included in the commission system.

This 30-day protection period is enshrined in the terms and conditions of the commission system and applies equally to all partners.
