Commissions for clicks are not being credited

If after some time commissions for clicks on an ad space stop being credited to you, it is very likely that you have reached the maximum number of paid clicks per order.

This rule is stated both in the help of the affiliate system and in the terms and conditions of the affiliate system (point 2.3).

Limit of paid clicks

Paid clicks do not include clicks beyond the count of 100 since the last referred, paid and completed order.

In other words – per one order a maximum of 100 paid clicks. As soon as you reach this count, further clicks are no longer counted as paid.

How it works technically

Linked to your partner account there is a counter of paid clicks.

Once the counter reaches the value of 100, further clicks are no longer considered paid. The moment a commission order is completed (paid and closed), the counter is reset automatically and the next 100 valid clicks are paid again.

Why this limit is set

The affiliate system is primarily intended for earning commissions from referred orders. Hence the name “commission-based”.

Earnings from clicks alone, without any orders made, are only a supplementary bonus. At the same time, limiting the number of paid clicks serves as protection against fraudulent or artificially generated clicks.

Other possible causes

  • Commissions for paid clicks are not credited immediately, but as a total amount for the whole day – usually only the following day.
  • Paid clicks are counted only from ad spaces, not from ordinary affiliate links.
  • Counted as paid is only 1 click from 1 IP address per 1 hour. Several clicks from one IP address within one hour are counted only once.

This restriction concerns only the payment for the clicks themselves and has no effect whatsoever on crediting commissions from orders.
