Commission payout

How commission payouts work

Commissions in the affiliate system are always settled per calendar month.
The amount paid out is the balance on your commission account as of the last day of the previous month – but only if the payout minimum.

The standard minimum is 500 Kč, but you can increase it in the settings.

Paid out are only commissions actually credited.
The commission is credited to the account 30 days after the order is closed – until then it is in the pending state.

Amounts lower than 500 Kč are not paid out.

Commission payout options

In the partner administration you can choose how you want commissions to be paid out:

  • off – no billing statement or payout of commissions takes place. Suitable if you want to accumulate commissions and deal with the payout later
  • bank account – the payout is made to a bank account specified via IBAN. Accounts from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and abroad can be used
  • WEDOS Credit Account – commissions are converted into credit that you can use to pay for WEDOS services

At the same time, you can set your own minimum payout amount.
If you don’t want to pay out smaller amounts every month, simply increase the limit.

How the payout works

Before you request a payout, you must meet these conditions:

  • reach the minimum payout amount
  • have your billing details filled in
  • have a payout method set

You set everything in the partner administration in the section Partner info.

The commission payout is initiated by you.
In the administration you create a new billing statement and upload the required document to it – the procedure differs depending on the type of partner.

Legal entity or sole trader (Czech Republic)

If you are a company or a sole trader, you issue an invoice according to the instructions in the billing statement detail, and upload it to the administration.

  • preferred format PDF
  • maximum file size 5 MB

The payout usually takes place within 15 days, at the latest within 30 days of receiving the invoice.

The commission amount is excluding VAT.
If you are a VAT payer, VAT is added.

The invoice must meet the following conditions:

  • the amount must exactly match the balance being paid out
  • the supplier’s details and bank account must match the details in the partner account

If you are a VAT payer, the following also applies:

  • as the date of taxable supply (DUZP), enter the last day of the previous calendar month
  • the account must be listed in the VAT payers register
  • you must not be listed as an unreliable VAT payer
  • you must report the income in the VAT control statement

Foreign company or sole trader (EU)

Payouts are made by a company based in the Czech Republic.
If you do business in another EU country, the regime used is the reverse charge.

This means:

  • you must be registered as a person identified for VAT
  • you must have an assigned VAT ID (VAT)
  • you issue the invoice without VAT
  • you pay the VAT in your home country

Individual, non-business

If you are not a business, when you create a billing statement we will prepare for you a PDF document Commission payout request.

  • you download the document or receive it by e-mail
  • it must be signed by hand
  • you upload the signed document back to the administration

The preferred format is PDF, or an image, maximum 5 MB.

After the document is checked, the payout takes place within 30 days.

A payout to an individual non-business is possible only in the Czech Republic.
For cross-border payments, VAT must be handled according to the rules for foreign partners.
