Advertising space is not displayed

If no ad is displayed after inserting the HTML code for the ad space, go through these steps one by one:

First, verify that the advertising space is active.
It must have a green "A" in the list of spaces. If you do not see it there, you will find the reason why it is not active in the space details.

Check that the advertising space has at least one ad category assigned to it.
You need to check one or more categories and save the changes. Without this, the ad will have nothing to display.

Verify that the HTML code has been inserted correctly into the page.
The code must be inserted exactly as it is generated—without any modifications. A common problem is that the editor automatically changes or "cleans" the code. If you are unsure, entrust the insertion to someone who has experience with websites.

Check whether the ad is being blocked by software on your end.
Firewalls, browsers, or add-ons such as AdBlock can completely block ads from being displayed.

Advertising space requires JavaScript to be enabled.
If JavaScript is disabled in your browser, the advertisement will not be displayed.


Important notice

Any changes to the ad space settings will not take effect immediately.
After making changes, you should expect a delay of approximately 5–10 minutes. So if you change something, give the system a moment to update.
