These are the current terms and conditions valid from May 23, 2018.
1. Basic Provisions and Definitions
The “operator” of the commission system is the company WEDOS, a.s., Company ID (IČ): 28115708, with its registered office at Masarykova 1230, Hluboká nad Vltavou, 373 41, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in České Budějovice, Section B, Insert 1622.
“The Advertiser” is a natural or legal person who has an interest in promoting and selling their goods and services through the commission system.
“The Partner” can be a natural person over 18 years of age or a legal person who registers in the commission system and agrees to these terms.
“The Visitor” is a person who visits the partner's website and, through an advertisement or link, is redirected to the operator's or advertiser's website.
“The Partner account” is the partner's account maintained by the operator within the commission system.
“The Commission account” means the account recording the partner's entitlements to rewards.
2. Ad spaces, commission links, and promotion
The conditions for promotion, placement of ad spaces, use of commission links, coupons, cookies, and click rules are governed by the provisions set out in the full text of these terms and conditions.
2.1 Trademark and Domains
The partner is not entitled to use the trademark without the prior written consent of the operator WEDOS, VEDOS nor their verbal or graphic variants, especially in domain names, subdomains, website project names, trade designations, advertising systems, or other identifiers.
A breach of these terms is considered to include, in particular, operating a website on a domain or subdomain that contains the operator's trademark or may create the impression that it is an official project of the operator.
In the event of a breach of this provision, the operator has the right to demand immediate remedy, suspend or terminate cooperation with the partner, and withhold commissions not yet approved.
3. Reward
3.1 Commission
The commission amount is governed by the commission schedule published on the operator's website, unless stated otherwise for a specific product.
The commission is due only for properly paid and completed orders.
The partner is not entitled to a commission on orders made for themselves, close persons, or persons connected through ownership or personnel ties.
The commission does not arise, or may be additionally deducted, in the event of a cancellation, non-payment of the order, service termination, or breach of the terms.
3.2 Reward Payouts
Entitlement to a reward payout arises upon reaching the minimum amount 500 Kč.
Billing takes place monthly; the payment term is 30 days.
Rewards are paid out non-cash to a bank account or PayPal.
4. Objections
Objections to commission records must be raised by 30 days from the occurrence of the event.
5. Duration and Termination of Cooperation
The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
Either party may terminate the cooperation with a notice period of 15 days.
In the event of a breach of the terms, the operator has the right to cancel the partner's account and withhold commissions.
6. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
The operator reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions.
These General Terms and Conditions in this wording are valid and effective from 23.5.2018.
